What is Roomsy?+
Roomsy is a cloud-based hotel property management system (PMS) for independent hotels, motels, B&Bs, hostels, guesthouses, apartments and campgrounds. One web app covers the booking calendar, channel manager, online booking engine, invoicing, housekeeping and reports. Roomsy Inc. has built it in Vancouver, Canada since 2011.
How much does Roomsy cost?+
Pricing is per room, per month, and Roomsy never takes a commission on bookings. There is a free plan; paid plans run from $2/room/month (Starter, $40/month minimum) to $8/room/month (Executive), and annual billing saves 17%. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day full-feature trial.
Which booking channels does Roomsy connect to?+
Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, Trip.com, Vrbo, Hostelworld, Hotels.com and TripAdvisor. Rates, availability and reservations sync both ways, so one calendar stays the source of truth.
How long does it take to get set up?+

How do channels stay in sync?+

Can I move a guest between rooms after check-in?+
Yes — open the reservation, pick the new room, save. The folio, housekeeping board, and key card system update automatically. No re-keying anything.
How do group bookings work?+
Create a group, add a block, and assign or release rooms as guests confirm. Each reservation can carry its own folio, or roll up to a master account for billing.
Do you support multiple properties?+
One account, unlimited properties. Switch with a click in the top-right. Reports can be run per-property or consolidated across the whole portfolio.
What happens to my data if I leave?+
You can export everything — bookings, guests, rates, folios — as CSV and PDF, any time. No lock-in, no exit fee, no awkward conversations.
