Build your hotel website

Roomsy Pages builds and hosts your hotel’s website. It starts from your Roomsy data (property name, contact details, room types and photos) and gives you a polished site in minutes. Its “Book now” buttons take guests straight to your booking engine, so direct bookings come in commission-free.

#Create your website

1. In Roomsy, open Marketing → Website
2. Click Create a new website
   Roomsy Pages opens in a new tab with your hotel name filled in. Sign in with your Roomsy account if asked.
3. Find your hotel, or enter its name and city by hand
   Optionally describe the feel you want, for example “modern and minimal, warm tones, add a spa page”.
4. Pick a design
   Start from a ready-made template, such as Olea (coastal), Fjord (Nordic) or Holloway (city), or choose Design with AI to generate one from your description.

#Edit with a live preview

The builder shows your site on the right and a chat on the left. Describe what you want in plain words and watch the preview update: “make the headline shorter”, “add a section about our breakfast”, “use our sea-view photo at the top”.

Photos

The Images tab shows every photo slot on your site (hero, welcome, rooms, experiences) next to your photo library. Upload your own photos and drag them into place. Until you do, slots use photos from your hotel’s Google listing. Swapping a photo updates the live site within minutes, without publishing again.

#Connect booking and publish

• The Booking tab connects your site’s buttons and availability search to your Roomsy booking engine. Guests pick dates on your site and finish on the booking engine.
• Click Publish to put the site live. You get a shareable link straight away. Publish again whenever you make changes.
• Your contact details, logo, room types and amenities come from Roomsy. Keep them up to date in Settings and they flow through.
